Registration and Payment

• Your seat in the training is not guaranteed until full payment is received.
• Payment must be completed by the due date specified in your invoice or checkout page.
• Space is limited to ensure a personalized training experience. Early registration is encouraged.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All training payments are non-refundable.
• This policy is in place due to the nature of reserving limited spaces, preparing materials, and securing locations.
• If you are unable to attend your scheduled training, you may request a one-time transfer to a future training date, subject to availability.
• Transfer requests must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the original training date.
• No-shows or cancellations made less than 14 days before the training are not eligible for transfer or refund.

Rescheduling or Event Changes

• REM Essence LLC reserves the right to reschedule training dates, adjust the location, or make modifications if necessary (for reasons including but not limited to minimum enrollment requirements, trainer availability, or unforeseen circumstances).
• In the event of rescheduling, you will be offered the option to transfer your registration to a new date or receive a full credit toward a future event.

Certification Requirements

To successfully complete your JellyBond Artist Certification, you must:

• Attend and participate in the full two-day, in-person training.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the JellyBond technique during live model practice.
• Submit before-and-after photos of four (4) completed client models within 90 days of your training.
• Certification will be awarded upon review and approval of your submissions.

Use of Intellectual Property

• All course materials, techniques, images, manuals, and proprietary information shared during training are the intellectual property of JellyBond and REM Essence LLC.
• Materials provided are for your personal professional use only and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, or taught without express written permission.

Health and Safety

• All participants are expected to follow proper sanitation, hygiene, and client safety protocols as taught during the training.
• If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to contagious illness prior to the training, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

Liability Waiver

• By participating in the training, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with learning and practicing the techniques.
• REM Essence LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the training or application of the techniques thereafter.

Code of Conduct

• We are committed to providing a respectful, supportive, and uplifting learning environment.
• Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate may result in removal from the training without refund.
